Michael Fritzke en Ton Voogt zijn in september weer in Nederland! Je mag ze niet missen. Ik sta garant voor telkens een geweldige en leerzame dag! Ik ken Ton en Michael ongeveer sinds 1987 en heb samen met Ton na Cats tientallen workshops verzorgd door heel Nederland. Mis ze niet!!! Je zult anders spijt krijgen!!! De plaatsen zijn beperkt dus wees toch snel met inschrijven.

Hieronder staat er een lijst met uitleg van de inhoud van de workouts (scroll naar beneden). Een typisch workout duurt een uur en zij zullen daarna een kwartier spenderen aan tekst en uitleg. Lunch bonnen zijn inbegrepen

Introduction to the Springboard 11.30-13.30

SpringboardsThe Springboard is a great way to add variety into your group classes. It is also the first low-budget step to owning a studio with apparatus. It allows you to perform many of the exercises usually done on the Cadillac or Tower. In this introduction to the Springboard you will experience exercises using all the parts of the Springboard. At the end of the workshop you will understand what the Springboard can add to your classes and sessions.

Putting it together! 14.30-15.30

In this workout you will experience a full mat workout taught in the way that only Michael and Ton can. They will mix and match some of their favorite versions, variations and build-ups from Joseph and the Elders into one flowing extended mat workout.

Mat with props (attributen) 15:45 – 16:45

Small props like the TRIADBALL and Theraband can add fun to any workout. But they can add so much more. Props are the silent instructor that teaches the body directly. In this workout you will learn and experience how we use props, not only to add variety to a workout but to teach the body important specific information about the exercises directly.

Making your classes more specific (3 classes):

It can be hard to create special individual moments/exercises for your clients when you are teaching group classes. Per definition a group class is for the group. However with some smart choices and strategic planning you can make the workout specific for every body in your class. In todays workouts each workout will have a specific body part or parts as a focus; spine, shoulders/arms, pelvis/legs. We will focus an entire workout on the body part in order to give you as much as possible. During your classes for your students you don’t have to do the entire class on one theme. Just choosing some exercises from today’s classes can make a huge difference and will turn your general classes in a unique and specific experience.
